How HEI can organize the recognition procedure and many other issues which were considered at the workshop

On January 26, 2017 National Information Centre of Academic Mobility ENIC Ukraine for the second time hosted guests - representatives of the higher educational institutions of Ukraine, who work with foreign students. The workshop was dedicated to the universities first steps for the organization of the recognition procedure by themselves and how to verify the authenticity of foreign documents on education. The workshop brought together the representatives from Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk and other cities of Ukraine.
Young, but experienced experts on recognition of ENIC Ukraine once again shared their knowledge and many years of practical experience on the recognition of foreign educational documents with other colleagues.
The participants, who are inputting the recognition procedure at their universities, have received the satisfactory answers to the classical for the beginning experts questions, for example: "Do I need to carry out foreign documents on recognition process?" and "How to arrange and organize the work of the recognition commission?". On the workshop of ENIC Ukraine Centre there were several teams of participants, together with specialists of the Centre had the opportunity to consider the specific examples, how complex and atypical situations can arise at the stage of the foreign documents authenticity verification and tried to find solutions of such problems. Each group has developed and demonstrated their algorithm of authentication actions of foreign educational documents.
The "Questions and discussion" block of the program turned into a lively interesting and informative discussion. During the discussion, all participants had the opportunity to get answers from the specialists of the Centre on issues that have been arisen during their work, and share ideas and views with the colleagues.
